The office responds to questions from reporters and editors, promotes MCLA to the media, and maintains a digest of the latest news coverage about the College. Our Techhelp Site and Helpdesk Staff our version of Geeks on Call. They provide technical support for the campus community, including a full service repair center for all Dell laptops that were purchased through MCLA's Laptop Initiative program. It is always the first point of effective contact for students, faculty, and staff experiencing technical issues or with any computer-related questions. Our IT group also includes, Academic Technology, Computer Support Services, Media Services, Telecommunications, and Administrative Systems.
